Shipping
We strive to ship orders quickly! Most orders are shipped the same or next business day after they are received, so you can enjoy your items without delay. Tracking information will be provided with each order. Please note, we are not responsible for items once they are in the shipper's custody.

Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping or pickup. If you receive a damaged item or an item shipped in error, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will gladly exchange the item if it is in stock, or provide store credit for a future purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, with tags, and must be accompanied by the original return form and invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note all final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless the wrong items were received, or items were damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items
Graduation sashes and cords, grab bags, nametags, and other designated final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
